host invitational shoot at Niagara


Chassell marksman places first

    NIAGARA, Wis. — Fifteen shooters from northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula participated in the Quinnesec Falls Muzzle Loaders invitational event at the Niagara range.
    Bob Keen of Chassell emerged as the top shooter, with Jon Henkel of Pelkie finishing second. Rounding out the top five were Todd Wieringa of L'Anse; Dick Matz of Porterfield, Wis.; and Jim Kluskens of Niagara.

    The club meets the third Saturday of every month at the Niagara Range at 10 a.m., with all muzzleloader shooters welcome. A $5 range fee allows access for the season.
    (A four day-day rendezvous at Baraga from July 19-23 will leave July open in Niagara.)
